Healthy Breakfast: Amaranth with Apple

I visited my children yesterday and had to deal with my ex-wife so I was exhausted. When I see my children I am not allowed to take them home so we eat breakfast and lunch at a restaurant. When I come home at night I am too exhausted to cook (or blog).

This morning I needed the extra energy that only amaranth and an apple can give you. I chopped the apple like this:



I added amaranth, cranberries and honey.



Finally, I gave the apple core to Cobi. Delicious and healthy!
